Student of the Month
Congratulations to Colin H. our April 2016 Student of the Month.
Colin is a pee wee student at SFK and was recently promoted to his yellow stripe belt. Colin works hard in his classes and doing great on his new requirements. We are looking forward to seeing him move up to Beginner class very soon!
Schedule
We will have a limited schedule on Friday, May 13th due to Team Surprise participating in the West Coast Nationals in California on Saturday, May 14th. Pee Wee Class only at 4:30pm All other classes cancelled.
On Memorial Day - Monday, May 30th we will have an open floor from 4:30pm - 6:00pm for students to come in and work on requirements, weapons, tumbling, fitness skills and more! No regular classes
T-Shirts
Students are now allowed to wear SFK T-Shirts to class in place of complete uniforms. Only SFK, Team, or SFK Camp shirts will be allowed.
Arizona Family Fitness Inc.
Arizona Family Fitness Inc is a newly formed organization with the purpose of bringing health and fitness awareness to families in the valley.
Regular Rate $99/10 Weeks per person

Summer Camp 2016
Summer Camp 2016 Registration is almost full! Students will participate in weapons, tumbling, self-defense, board breaking, and so much more! New guest instructors, classes, and more to make this our best year yet!
Week 1 - June 6th - 10th 9am-5pm
Week 2 - June 13th - 17th 9am-5pm
Early drop off, sibling discounts, and more available.
Testing
Our next Rank Advancement Ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, June 18th at 11am.
Tournament Team
Team Surprise will be headed to California May 13th - 15th for our second National Tournament of the year. Be sure to wish the team good luck! For more information on our Team please speak with Mr. James.
